The project is conceived by Pietro Siffi. The currently responsible entity is PSPM Srls (VAT 05844360874, Via Giuseppe Simili 63, 95129 Catania). The community cooperative and any permanent patrimonial vehicle are envisaged as a later stage, distinct from this company.
At this stage donations are treated as gifts (liberalità): they are accounted for by PSPM Srls and are not tax-deductible. Once the consortium and the cooperative have been established, we will also open channels for tax-deductible donations.
