Controller

The controller is PSPM Srls, Via Giuseppe Simili 63, 95129 Catania CT, Italy, VAT 05844360874, email info@borgoideale.com, tel. +39 340 1439981. This site presents the Baglio San Michele project, conceived by Pietro Siffi and promoted by PSPM Srls.

What data we process

From the contact form: name, email, telephone number if given, household composition, skills, stated interests and the message. From donations: payment data are collected and processed by Stripe, not by us; PSPM Srls receives what is needed to account for the gift. From browsing alone: minimal hosting logs (IP address, date and page requested), for security and operation.

Purposes and legal basis

• Handling of enquiries and applications sent through the site — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at the data subject’s request) and, for optional fields, (a) (consent).
• Accounting of donations, which at this stage are non-deductible gifts — Art. 6(1)(c) (legal obligation) and (b).
• Site security and legal defence — Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).

We do not use the data for profiling, automated marketing or sale to third parties.

Who receives the data

The form is delivered through Web3forms to PSPM Srls’ email. Donations go through Stripe, an independent controller of payment data: their notice applies. Hosting is on Vercel. Professionals we may appoint (accountant, lawyer) receive only what their brief requires. When the consortium and the cooperative have been established, donation channels may change; this page will be updated.

Retention

Form enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and in any case no longer than twenty-four months, unless a later relationship arises (application, investment, donation) or the law requires otherwise. Accounting data of gifts are kept for the civil and tax terms. Browsing logs for a short period, normally no more than thirty days.

Transfers outside the EU

Web3forms, Stripe and Vercel may process data outside the European Economic Area, on the safeguards provided by those suppliers (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions). Submitting the form or donating entails this technical transfer, without which the service would not work.

Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis, by writing to info@borgoideale.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

Cookies and third-party resources

The site does not set profiling cookies or advertising banners. To display typefaces and the stylesheet it loads resources from Google Fonts and cdn.tailwindcss.com: in that connection those operators may process the IP address. They are technical display tools, not tracking campaigns of ours. Stripe, on the donations page, may set its own cookies when checkout opens.
